Fruit Pulp Extraction Machine: Process
- First, fruits are loaded into the pulper machine manually or with the help of conveyor depending on its automation feature
- The machine has rotational blades or beaters which crush the fruits
- Then crushed fruits are pressed through a perforated screen and meshed, the pulp passes through the holes and seeds, skin, and coarse fibers are separated
- The crushed smooth pulp is transferred into a container for processing like pasteurization, blending, or packaging.
